Would you care to address double NAT controversy. Home users often end up with double NAT due to misconfiguration and added network devices with different impacts on their internet experience, often braking specific protocols.

It's just ridiculous that the Chateau (original version) only has 16MB storage space and I just cannot add another packages like the ROSE because of the insufficient storage.

Oh hello miss Anta, i have a question about lte-modem firmware, can i update a firmware in lte-modem without inserted card (literally empty) in sim-slot? maybe ftp,tftp, because in my work we have a lot of new mikrotik lte wireless antenns to selling our clients, and they always forgot how to do it, and call back or bring antennas back, to me, without their sim-cards)). all soho wireless router mikrotik most use antenna gain under 5dBi. mikrotik should, make minimal for ideal antenna gain 5dBi.

One thing to also take note off (that a lot of people don't), is that you should set the 2.4GHz to be around 7dB *lower* than that of 5GHz. While not strictly necessary, a lot of client can be rather dumb and stick to 2.4GHz because it's significantly stronger than 5GHz (due to the dampening n such). Setting 2.4GHz to 7dB lower than 5GHz (eg. have 2.4GHz be 14dB and 5GHz on 21dB) makes them around equal strength (and clients should be more inclined to pick the 5GHz). Yes, it doesn't go with the whole "improve wifi range" aspect (since you lower the 2.4GHz band's range) but I'd rather have my clients be more inclined to move to 5GHz than maximize range.

I don't know if AX3 has a front-end-module or not, but this is seriously bad wifi performance.

2.4ghz only has 3 clear channels (1,6,11) More than 3 devices will overlap channels on 2.4ghz. Cross channel interference. Use 5 ghz or 6 ghz to avoid cross channel interference

This is ofc a more relevant comment for the upcoming additional AP video... but sometimes you may just need to run a wired connection past a barirrier and have an AP there. On the farm I ran a cat7 connection into the garage for this reason... even though I already have outdoor APs they just couldn't reliably penetrate with all the material in the garage... so wired connection into the garage and a separate AP... aaaaand done.

Number one overlooked thing that can easily improve some range is to mount the AP higher! Most attenuation is along the horizontal plane. Mount it higher means less attenuation, even on the same floor. Ideally mount it on the ceiling, or even in the attic if possible. If it's a two story home, have the AP on the second floor, in the center of the home.

I have at least 4 devices in customers networks who not work, cannot connect or not work stable with wifi from MikroTik, thats why we not use a MikroTiks wifi from 10years bcs those problems are still active. You change every few year packages of wifi.. this is not stable technology ever for your developers. The weak point. For all others, MikroTiks are perfect and I am pride of using Tshirt with your logo. I hipe you do a 48x10GbE copper switch, do stable wifi with kvr, and do HA/Stacking switches with many LACP.

That command does not seem to work on router OS 6.

I love Mikrotik but WiFi is not it's strongest area. Small travel router (ax) has much better range and stability in my appartment (compared to hap ac3). Not sure if it's ax vs ac. Already updated to new wifi driver with beam forming. Range is better not still not enough..

Can you please product one of these RB5009's in a RB3011 style case (at least forward facing out front of rack). For small business with racks the rack brackets for these and slim profile are ugly/wonky looking.

Mikotik firewall need different blocking style in firewall like tld blocking, subdomain block,domain block,wild card blocking,easy keyword blocking with any character blocking and block ip address which does not have domain and these all blocking needed in your firewall

A few years ago I installed it via recovery mode and everything works fine. Now I tried it according to your video. And nothing works. The IP address is not registered automatically and there is no access to the droplet. The new access console from digitalocean does not work without installation.

I would like to add (after 3 hours of looking everywhere in my router and firewall config) that in order to reach the switch on the management ip from another network (routed), you need to add a default route for the management vlan interface in the switch. So 0.0.0.0/0 -> gateway of management network. Or use masquerade on the management vlan interface of the router to simulate being in the same network. The default route can be automatically added when using dhcp client for the assignment of the management ip, but not for statically assigned ones.
